1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 998bd ("the Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern your access to and use of the 998bd website, all related services, games, betting markets, and promotional materials made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the 998bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to 998bd and participation in any games, betting markets, or promotional offers is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

998bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a suspicious activity flag. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money games and betting markets on 998bd, you must register a single personal account and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 998bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity and fulfil its anti-money laundering obligations. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may maintain only one active account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be merged or closed, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be void.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for account verification, transaction alerts, and security communications.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. A selfie may also be required.

Accounts that fail enhanced due diligence may be restricted or closed at 998bd's sole discretion, and available balances will be returned to the registered payment method after deduction of any applicable charges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 998bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following terms govern all transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be refunded.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 working days.
• 998bd does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 998bd accepts no liability.
• 998bd does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All deposits must be made electronically via the supported digital payment methods listed in the platform cashier.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

998bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. By accepting a bonus or participating in a promotion, you agree to be bound by both the specific promotion terms and these general bonus terms:

• Bonuses and promotional credits may not be withdrawn directly. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per shared device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate registrations will result in account suspension.
• 998bd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds not yet wagered at the time of cancellation will be removed from the account.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Free spins are valid only on the specified game and expire at the time stated on the promotion.
• 998bd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds, free spin winnings, or associated real-money balances from accounts where bonus abuse, irregular play patterns, or collusion is identified during review.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL are time-limited and subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of launch. They may not be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated.

6 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the 998bd platform depends on all users participating in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Any player found engaging in any prohibited activity listed below will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other non-human mechanism to access, interact with, or scrape data from the 998bd platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share betting information in real time, or otherwise manipulate the results of any game or betting market on the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, or evade a previous account suspension or exclusion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during account registration or KYC verification, including the use of another person's identity documents.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability in the 998bd platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void and will be removed from the account.

998bd monitors platform activity continuously using automated fraud detection and manual review. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. 998bd's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding.

7 Responsible Gaming

998bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to keep gambling enjoyable and within their personal limits. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase request is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a set duration of continuous play. These are available in account settings.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period the account is suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling is becoming harmful may request permanent self-exclusion from 998bd. Once processed, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

998bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or submission of fraudulent or altered identity documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity connected to the account or transactions made through it.
• At the player's own request, including in connection with a self-exclusion request or a responsible gaming cooling-off period.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 998bd reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the closure is player-initiated, the verified available balance will be returned to the registered payment method after completion of standard KYC checks.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 998bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes losses arising from service interruptions, system failures, data loss, delays in payment processing, or inaccurate game results caused by technical error.

998bd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits 998bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 998bd platform — including software, source code, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 998bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the 998bd platform without the express prior written consent of 998bd.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability — may be made without prior notice. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 998bd operates. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, a bonus, or any other platform matter, you should first contact 998bd support in writing with full details of the issue. 998bd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
